Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By placing an order with crescentcopywriting you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before purchasing any service.

2. Nature of services

crescentcopywriting provides professional copywriting and content services delivered as digital files. No physical goods are produced or shipped at any time.

3. Payment

Full payment is required before work begins. All payments are processed via Stripe Checkout. The confirmed price at checkout is the total price, inclusive of all selected options.

4. Project commencement

Work begins within 1-2 business days of confirmed payment. We send a project brief intake form within 24 hours. Delivery timelines are counted from receipt of the completed form, not from payment date.

5. Revisions

Each plan includes the stated number of revision rounds. A revision round is one consolidated batch of feedback addressed in a single pass. Additional rounds are available to purchase as an add-on before project commencement.

6. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in delivered copy transfer to the client on receipt of full payment. crescentcopywriting retains the right to reference the project category in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before project start.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. NDAs are available at no charge on request.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project. We are not responsible for business decisions made on the basis of delivered copy or for conversion outcomes beyond our direct control.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Lisboa, Portugal.
