Delivery Policy

Digital delivery only

All crescentcopywriting services are delivered as digital files. No physical products are produced or shipped at any point.

Delivery timelines

• Spark plan: 7 business days from receipt of completed brief
• Growth plan: 5 business days from receipt of completed brief
• Studio plan: Agreed individually at project start
• Express delivery add-on (48h): 48 business hours from completed brief, subject to availability

How delivery begins

After payment, we send the project brief intake form within 24 hours. Delivery timelines count from the moment we receive the completed form, not from payment date. Work begins within 1-2 business days of brief receipt.

Delivery formats

Default: Google Docs with commenting. Word (.docx), plain text (.txt), and PDF available on request at no extra charge.

Late briefs

If a brief form is not returned within 30 days of being sent, the project may need rescheduling. We will notify you if this applies.
