Refund Policy

Our refund approach

copywriting is a custom digital service. Refund eligibility depends on how far into the project delivery is at the time of the request.

Before work begins

If you cancel before we acknowledge your completed project brief form, you receive a full refund within 5 business days, no conditions.

After brief receipt, before first draft

If research has begun but no draft has been delivered, a partial refund reflecting unspent work may be offered. We will communicate the amount clearly.

After first draft delivery

Once a first draft has been delivered, no refund is available. The revision process exists to address quality concerns. We will work through all included revision rounds to bring the deliverable to the agreed brief.

Express delivery add-on

The express delivery fee is non-refundable once expedited scheduling has begun.
