Six-step process

From brief to delivery.

Every project follows the same six-step sequence. Each step has a documented goal.

Brief

You fill in a structured intake form covering audience, offer, competitors, and what good looks like. Most clients take 20-30 minutes. We read it before writing anything.

Discover

Before writing, we map the competitive copy landscape and catalogue the language your buyers actually use. This is the most underfunded part of most copywriting projects.

Architect

We build the structural map before the first word. Every section gets a documented job. You will know what each element is designed to accomplish before we draft it.

03
04

Draft

First draft with structural notes. We explain our choices so your feedback addresses the right level of the work rather than producing surface edits that do not move the copy forward.

Refine

Revision rounds are consolidated batches, not open-ended tracking documents. Clean feedback in, clean revision out. The number of rounds depends on your plan.

Deliver

Files in your format of choice. A delivery note explaining implementation details. Files archived for six months for follow-up questions.

Average timeline: 5-7 business days

Timelines start when we receive the completed brief form.
